- I was wondering, on the TDEE calculator do I subtract 500 calories from the number/deficit it suggests I stay in daily?
- Hi, what did you do to tighten your neck skin?
- I was able to lose 80 lbs just by doing keto but have gained 30 back. Is your weight loss total food changes or have you lost through medical intervention? I want to be real with myself if I can do this through diet alone.
