The Disrupting Obesity podcast is for anyone who’s looking to lose an extreme amount of weight and change their relationship with food so they can keep the pounds off. I don’t owe anyone my body and neither do you! With the weather getting hotter as we step into the full swing of summer here in Canada, the topic of people asking me if I’m hot in the clothes I’m wearing starts to get old and it happens every single year. So in this episode, I’ll be sharing why I usually like to stay covered up and my thoughts on the “wear the shorts” movement. Tune in to this episode to hear:
• A few different reasons why I don’t like to show my arms or legs.
• When “wear the shorts” people say you’re “letting the team down”, when it has nothing to do with you.
• My recommendations for light long sleeved clothes.
