Can a physiotherapist actually save your life? I’ve talked about my physio experiences before briefly on the podcast, but in this episode I wanted to continue to open up and share on things that are still uncomfortable and scary for me to talk about. In this case, I’ll be reflecting on an extremely difficult moment in my health journey, where I was facing a lot of holes in my memory, felt very confused about what was happening to me- but experienced a moment of comfort amidst the chaos.
