Welcome back to another episode in my monthly ‘Ask Whatever’ series, where I answer your very own questions! Keep them coming, because if you’re thinking it, someone else is probably thinking it too! I also can’t believe we have made it to episode 50 of this podcast! 13. How do you handle the bad pains of hunger with intermittent fasting?
14. How do you handle a calorie deficit when it comes to alcohol? Can I drink during
my window? How do I calculate it?
15. Do you have any tips for someone who’s pescatarian?
16. The  ‘Good For You Gladys’ Question of the Week!
17. I had gastric bypass x number of years ago and eat very healthy. I try to increase
protein and I’m gaining weight. Thoughts and suggestions?
